Welcome to the online home of Spur it Up. My name is Jennifer King and I create a variety of original jewelry items, which are intended to compliment and/or enhance the cowgirl in all of us.
Spur it Up originated out of the pure selfishness of me wanting to have unique jewelry for myself at an affordable price. After seeing some of the prices attached to some of the jewelry I wanted, I knew I had to figure out a way to make it myself. It began with a few rowels I had some inmates (yes, inmates) make for me and a few Swarovski rhinestones I had ordered online. Once I began wearing my “homemade” creations, all my friends wanted one, too! Then their friends wanted one, and then I began having some jewelry parties for my friends…so, there began my small jewelry making business…and I love making them and selling at rodeos!
My goal is simple. I want to provide you with something unique, striking, and at the same time, affordable. I believe that attention to detail is essential, and strive for perfection when making my jewelry. I will not sell a piece of jewelry that I would not wear myself.
If you have any questions just e-mail me. If you want something special, just ask, I do custom work upon request. We can create that perfect piece together. I keep most of my material in stock so it usually doesn’t take too long for me to make an item and get it shipped. If I don’t have a special color rhinestone or specific type of turquoise in stock, I can order and make your piece as soon as the material arrives.
