Remember, I can add a little, change a little, whatever you need to make this the perfect necklace. Want a different pendant on your necklace, all you gotta do is holler! Want your pendant removable or non-removable, ask and I’ll see what I can do for ya! All necklaces are 17 inches give or take a pinch and have a 2 1/2 inch extender chain. Let me know if you need something special!

Checks are accepted, your order will be held until the check clears; up to 14 days. Return Check Fee $35.00.
All orders must be paid for before they ship using the specified payment method of credit cards, debit cards, Paypal or check.

In-stock orders will typically ship within 48 hours, unless you have paid by check. Shipments cost $6.00. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your item has shipped.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, I will notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks.
Pendants are subject to availability. Some of the pictures are representative of the item that will be shipped to you. Due to the nature of the stones, size and color may vary slightly if that exact one is not in stock. If an item is no longer available or out of stock at the time of shipping, I will make every effort to contact you prior to shipping. If unable to contact you and a suitable replacement/substitute is available, it will be shipped to you to fill your order.

ReTuRnS:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order (see below for damaged items upon receipt). I guarantee all necklaces, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please let me know, and we will together resolve the issue. After 30 days, contact me by e-mail, and returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the return requested.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, immediately contact me so that we can resolve the damaged shipping and replace your merchandise as soon as possible.
